On the 12th of March Brian Tanti’s Workshop hosted the Porsche Club of NSW.
93 members turned out to hear Brian speak about his history and restoring the cars in the Fox Car Collection as well as the ongoing projects in the Artarmon facility, most notably for the Porsche Club, the Porsche 550 Spyder builds. There was considerable interest in the 550 timber buck which had only arrived in Sydney a few days earlier.
A behind the scenes tour of the workshop was followed by demonstrations in metal shaping and the other aspects of coach-building. BTW are known for including 3D printing and scanning.
